Solution

Cancellations:Please submit your cancellation requests a minimum of 3-4 days business prior to your billing subscription charging your account. Submit a ticket to the Billing department.



Refunds: Please submit a ticket to the Billing department and either provide a copy of your receipt or provide your name, email and product you are requesting a refund for. After a refund is processed it will take 2-3 business days to credit back to your account (it depends on your bank)
